If you have been denied by CBI, you must complete the Appeal Process in store.
If you choose not to complete the Appeal Process in store, same day, you will not be offered any sort of refund. By completing the Appeal Process in store, this will qualify you to receive your money back, less a 50% restocking fee, if the decision is not overturned. If the decision is overturned, it will be your responsibility to notify us by coming back in to complete another background check, unless you receive an overturned response within 30 days and you come to the store with the letter provided by CBI.
Again, it is your responsibility to notify us. CBI does NOT communicate with us regarding the APPEAL Process.
If CBI takes longer than 30 days, your gun will be held for 90 days. If you fail to communicate with us and the 90 day grace period has expired, we will assume you have abandoned your firearm and you will lose 100% of your money.
If for some reason CBI does not respond in 90 days, please contact the store no later than the 90th day.
