How Much Are Transfers?

Title One

(Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun) FFL transfers are a base cost of $50.00* plus a mandatory $15.00 background check(CBI) for a total of $65.00. Private party transfers are $85.00 plus a background fee($15.00) for a total of $100.00.

Additional items are $25.00 on top of the normal transfer and background check fees.

NFA Items

NFA(Suppressors, SBR’s, SBS’s, Machine Guns) FFL transfers are a base cost of $75.00* plus a mandatory $25.00 filing fee through silencer shop and a $205.00 tax stamp for a total of $305.00. If you don’t have fingerprints on file with SilencerShop it will be an addition $40.

Please fill out the form to the right with the sellers information including email/fax and the Item # and description of what you have purchased. I will send a copy of my FFL only to other FFL Dealers.

For private parties I will send them a link to the ATF EZ Check Link https://www.atfonline.gov/fflezcheck/ where they can enter my FFL number.

When the firearm arrives I will call you and then we will do the background check.

What you will need to pick up your gun:

Handguns – Valid Colorado Driver’s (Picture) license or State ID with Picture. The License or State ID MUST have your current resident address.
Long Guns – Valid Drivers licenses with Picture and MUST have your current resident address.
Note: We ONLY transfer long guns to states that allow it.

If your license does not have your current address on it then you can use any valid Government ID/document which has your current resident address. IE: Vehicle Registration, Valid Concealed carry permit, Hunting/Fishing license, Tax document, ect.

We are not liable for damages or lost contents from the box during shipment from the dealer to us. Once a Firearm has been transferred to the customer from the transferring FFL Dealer, then the SALE is FINAL.
