At SIONICS, there is no assembly line. Each and every component is inspected by a small team of armorers to ensure quality and correct dimensions. Each rifle is properly assembled by ONE person and then checked by another. This process ensures that each build is done correctly before being test fired with ten rounds of ammunition to ensure proper function.
For us, building an AR-15 is more than a job – it’s a passion.
